PRN Registered Nurse (RN PRN), Per Diem

We are eagerly seeking motivated, compassionate, and trustworthy Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide home health visits. You will work as a registered nurse, treating patients with orthopedic, neurological, musculoskeletal medical problems or other conditions that require them to be home bound.

Per Diem Registered Nurse Job Duties

• Evaluate patients and create a patient centered plan of care based on your own clinical expertise
• Execute plan of care and follow-up treatment visits with a focus on rehabilitation
• Maintain open communication with patient and referring physician (when applicable) regarding patient's plan of care and progress
• Complete timely and accurate documentation using our user-friendly, web-based, EMR system
• Complete SOC (Start of Care) Oasis and other necessary evaluations.
• Provide wound care treatment when needed

PRN Registered Nurse Job Qualifications

• California Registered Nurse License
• CPR Certification
• Current Driver's License
• Competent new grads & foreign trained nurses welcomed
• Great written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Self motivated with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
