As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in assisting our nurses and physicians in providing top-quality care to our patients. Provide compassionate care to patients in the Ortho unit.
Utilize your knowledge and experience in orthopedics to assist nurses and physicians in providing top-quality care.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with patients and their families.
Adhere to all nursing standards and guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.
Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and feeding, for patients who are unable to do so independently.
Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing team.
Take vital signs and document patient information accurately and promptly.
Ensure patient rooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies.
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to create and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for patients by following infection control and safety protocols.
Be an advocate for patients and their families, addressing any concerns or needs they may have.
Attend and participate in training and educational programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient information.
Adhere to AdventHealth's mission and values while performing job duties.
