Registered Nurse, Case Manager- Hospice Healthcare Los Angeles, CA

Assisted is looking for a Hospice RN (full-time preferred but open to per diem) for our Los Angeles branch.

Visit and On-call Rates

• Regular visit rates:

Admission - $130 per visit + $11 for mileage

Routine - $70 per visit + $11 for mileage

• On-call rates:

Weekday waiting to engage - $50 per day

Weekend waiting to engage - $100 per day

Admission - $195 per visit + $11 for mileage

Routine - $105 per visit + $11 for mileage

What You Will Do

• Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive patient assessments
• Provide services requiring specialized nursing skills
• Initiate preventative and rehabilitative nursing procedures
• Support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers

Who You Are

• Graduate of an approved nursing school
• Active California RN license
• Current CPR, health, and TB clearances
