Clinical Partner/Certified Nursing Assistant

At Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, we are looking for a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinical Partner/Certified Nursing Assistant. This is an integral role in the healthcare team, providing direct patient care and collaborating with nurses to ensure quality patient care. The ideal candidate should have an excellent bedside manner, be organized, and demonstrate excellent communication skills. The ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional attitude is also essential. Required qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; current California CNA certification; and a minimum of one year of experience as a CNA in a hospital setting. Additionally, the ideal candidate must have the ability to lift and move heavy objects, have knowledge of medical terminology and hospital equipment, and have proficient computer skills.
