Concierge Licensed Vocational Nurse - 12 Hour Days

We're actively hiring for an exceptional Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for Private Duty care.

Pay Rate: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 12-Hour Day Shift

What You'll Do

As a Private Duty LVN, you will provide high-quality, individualized skilled nursing care to seniors and adults with disabilities, all within the comfort of their homes. We are looking for caring nurses who can combine excellent clinical skills with genuine human connection.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional hands-on clinical care, including wound care, medication management, and monitoring of chronic conditions.
• Work collaboratively with physicians, rehabilitation services, and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate clients and their families on diagnoses, treatment plans, and strategies for overall wellness.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of the outstanding care provided.

Requirements

• Current, unrestricted California LVN license
• Graduation from an accredited practical or vocational nursing program
• At least 1 year of experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
• Home Health experience preferred
• Proof of Negative TB result
• Physical Screening Documentation within the last year
• Current BLS certification
• Valid California driver's license and insurance
• Cell phone with internet access
