You'll provide one-on-one care while helping a student safely participate in the school environment.

What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one nursing support for a student requiring ventilator care during the school day
• Monitor respiratory status and respond to routine and urgent medical needs
• Administer medications and follow individualized healthcare plans
• Support daily treatments, assessments, and health monitoring
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers
• Help ensure the student can safely participate in the school environment

What You'll Bring

• Active California RN license
• Current BLS certification
• Experience caring for ventilator-dependent patients strongly preferred
• Critical care, emergency department, respiratory care, pediatric home health, or medically complex patient experience preferred
• Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with school staff and families
