Key Responsibilities

• Oversee staff scheduling, development, and daily operations of the department.
• Provide leadership to support growth, quality care, and patient safety.
• Ensure the department meets all regulatory requirements and is survey-ready.
• Maintain high levels of satisfaction among patients, employees, and physicians.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 3+ years of RN experience, with at least 1 year in an acute care setting.
• 1–2 years of management or leadership experience.
• Active RN License in the State of California.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS (American Heart Association) at the time of hire.
• CPI Certification (required within 30 days of hire).
