Provide exceptional care to patients with kidney disease in an acute hospital setting.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.

Monitor and assess patient's condition and response to treatment, and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal outcomes.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.

Educate patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications.

Document patient care and progress accurately and timely.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection control and safety protocols.

Handle emergencies and critical situations effectively and efficiently.

Advocate for patients' needs and rights.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Mentor and support new team members.

Continuously update knowledge and skills through education and training opportunities.
