Thursday–Sunday | Flexible Scheduling

Position Overview Our client is seeking dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide direct nursing care in a skilled nursing facility. This is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for flexible per diem work while making a difference in the lives of geriatric residents.

Provide direct nursing care to residents.

Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the RN or physician.

Accurately document resident care and medical information.

Provide compassionate support to residents and their families.

Follow infection control, safety, and facility procedures.

Work collaboratively with the nursing and care team.

Active New York State LPN license.

~1+ year of relevant nursing experience required; 2 years of geriatric or skilled nursing experience preferred.

~ Current CPR certification and required medical clearances prior to starting. Complete two mandatory buddy shifts before picking up shifts independently.
