What You’ll Do

• Provide direct nursing care to residents
• Administer meds, dress wounds, and manage treatments
• Help develop and follow individualized care plans
• Perform vitals, injections, and routine procedures
• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team

What You’ll Need

• Valid Texas LPN/LVN license
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certification (Preferred)
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Reliable, team-oriented, and resident-focused
