We are seeking a board-certified Internal Medicine physician for an outpatient clinic providing primary care to adults with chronic illnesses. The role involves working on a day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, with an expected caseload of 17-20 patients daily. Responsibilities include evaluating and managing chronic medical conditions, documenting in EPIC EMR, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team comprising Behavioral Health staff, PharmDs, and FNPs. Prescriptive authority is required, and no call coverage is needed. The clinician will work in a structured clinical environment focused on delivering coordinated, quality care within a support system designed to facilitate efficient workflows.

- Board certification in Internal Medicine
- Experience in outpatient primary care and managing chronic illnesses
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Prescriptive authority

- Maintain clinical documentation accurately
- Work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Operate during daytime hours with no call responsibilities
