Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Wound Care

Location: Los Angeles, CA 90034

Duration: 3 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | 10 hours per day

Schedule: Monday – Friday | 4 Days per week

Pay Package

Local Pay: $66/Hour on W2

Travel Pay: $3000/ weekly

Required Qualifications

• Active RN License CA & BLS Certification
• Minimum 1 year of Wound/Ostomy Care experience as RN
• Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWOCN, or any equivalent)

Job Summary

The Registered Nurse – Wound Care will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating wound care treatments for patients. The RN will work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal wound healing and patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive wound and ostomy assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide advanced wound treatments, dressing changes, and ostomy appliance management.
• Collaborate with physicians, dietitians, and other care team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on wound prevention, skin care, and ostomy self-management.
• Document all assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately in the EMR.
