Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Long Term Care unit in a fast-paced healthcare environment. This role involves delivering patient-centered care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and ensuring high clinical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor ongoing conditions
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Assist with ADLs and patient mobility where applicable
• Monitor vitals, pain levels, and report any clinical changes
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
