Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Lead for the NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit) in West Los Angeles, CA.

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for neonatal patients, supervising staff and collaborating with the healthcare team.
• Require RN licensure in California, BLS certification, and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP). Preferred BSN and acute care experience.
• Responsibilities include assessing patient data, developing and implementing care plans, educating families, and ensuring safe, holistic care.
• Participate in discharge planning, delegate duties, and perform other related duties.
• Position is ongoing, with an immediate start, and involves night shifts.
