We are seeking an Internal Medicine Nurse Practitioner for a 35-day assignment in California. This role involves covering two outpatient primary care locations, with shifts varying between 8 AM to 5 PM and 8 AM to 7 PM, focusing on providing comprehensive care for adult patients.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage a diverse adult patient population, ranging from 23 to 100 years of age, with a focus on those between 40 and 70.
• Provide outpatient primary care services, including diagnosis and treatment of acute illnesses such as cold, cough, and flu.
• Administer vaccinations and conduct physical examinations.
• Manage chronic conditions including diabetes and hypertension.
• Serve a patient population that is approximately 60% Spanish-speaking.
