FQHC-employed outpatient practice seeks full-time Nurse Practitioner to join their mission-driven team
Base salary range: $131,040 – $170,352 annually, dependent on experience
Monday–Friday schedule with no inpatient responsibilities
Schedule: 3 patients per hour (20 minute slots) to include tele, admin time
EMR: EPIC
Inbox management: efficient and express ability to prioritize and manage
Serve a diverse, underserved population in a collaborative community health center setting
Work closely with physicians and integrated care teams to manage and coordinate patient care
Established model with behavioral health, dental, and care coordination services on-site

Eligible site for NHSC State Loan Repayment Program
Bilingual in Spanish, Russian, Farsi, or Pashto highly preferred
Air travel access via Sacramento International Airport (SMF) for domestic and limited international flights; major global access via San Francisco International Airport (SFO), 2 hours away

Looking for a candidate with atleast 1-2 years of clinical experience working with underserved, low-income persons or homeless persons preferred.
