RN/LPN Roles Flexible shifts Pay Range: LMP $35/$36 RN $45/$46 Be the reason a child feels safe, supported, and cared for. CareGivers America is hiring compassionate Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric care in the home and community. Work directly with children who may have autism, seizure disorders, developmental delays, feeding tubes, or other complex medical needs—providing skilled nursing care, support, and comfort that makes a meaningful difference for children and their families.

Active RN or LPN license in the state of practice New graduates welcome Comfortable caring for children with developmental and complex medical needs Able to provide hands-on care, including standing, walking, bending, reaching, positioning, and assisting with mobility or transfers Ability to safely operate and monitor medical equipment as required Flexible scheduling options ~ Medical, dental & vision insurance ~ Employee Assistance Program (EAP) ~ Training and support for pediatric nursing care Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care to children in a safe, in-home setting Monitor the child's health, safety, and overall condition Provide seizure monitoring and response, with training available as needed Assist with mobility, positioning, feeding, and other daily care needs Monitor and assist with feeding tubes and other medical equipment as applicable Complete accurate clinical documentation, progress notes, and required care records Communicate changes in condition, concerns, and updates with parents, caregivers, and the care team Follow individualized care plans and physician orders Provide comfort, reassurance, and age-appropriate engagement throughout the shift Maintain a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment for the child Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
