Job Summary (Emergency Room Nurse)

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in LA County, Orange County, and the Inland Empire
• Assess, triage, and prioritize incoming patients based on severity of illness or injury
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and conditions using the electronic health record (EHR)
• Perform diagnostic tests and assist with bedside procedures for critically ill patients
• Administer life-sustaining medications, IV fluids, and blood products as needed
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compassionate and respectful treatment of all patients
• Maintain required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS); employer covers renewal after 3 months
• Work 3 scheduled 12-hour shifts (7am-7pm) per week; bi-weekly pay periods

• Minimum qualifications: Unencumbered RN license, ADN required (BSN/MSN preferred), minimum 2 years ER or ICU experience
