Job Description

The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) delivers technical nursing care to Residents using the nursing process, functioning as a member of the nursing team under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse (RN). The LVN may assume charge nurse role in the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF).

Mandatory Requirements to Apply

• Active California LVN License – Required
• Minimum 1 year of LVN/SNF experience
• BLS/BCLS Certification – Required

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to SNF residents under the direction of the DON.
• Administer medications and treatments within LVN scope of practice.
• Assess residents, monitor changes in condition, and communicate concerns to the care team.
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, residents, families, and facility departments.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow regulatory and facility standards.

• Blended Hourly Pay Rate (W2): $61.00
• Weekly Pay Rate (W2): $2,196.00
• Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $27.00
• Minimum Hourly Stipend: $34.00
• Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $972.00
• Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,224.00
