Pay Rate: $68–$78 per hour

Shifts: 12-hour shifts (3 days/week) and 8-hour shifts (5 days/week)

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) to provide coordinated, high-quality patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and the nursing process. The RN will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, monitor patient progress, and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.

The RN will also supervise and direct assigned nursing staff, delegate responsibilities appropriately, and exercise sound clinical judgment to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.

Essential Responsibilities

• Collect and assess patient health information to identify care needs and clinical concerns.
• Analyze assessment findings and determine appropriate nursing diagnoses and interventions.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
• Coordinate care delivery and promote a safe, healing, and patient-centered environment.
• Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Educate patients and family members regarding health conditions, treatments, and care plans.
• Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
• Delegate nursing responsibilities appropriately and supervise assigned nursing staff.
• Monitor patient progress and modify care interventions as needed.
• Maintain compliance with clinical standards, patient safety practices, and facility policies.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Acute care facility experience preferred.

Required Licenses and Certifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or approved CPR certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
