What We Offer

What You'll Do

As a caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical assistance that helps clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent at home.

Your responsibilities may include

• Offering companionship and encouraging meaningful social interaction
• Assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping
• Providing medication reminders
• Supporting mobility and everyday routines
• Accompanying clients to appointments and running errands when needed
• Maintaining respectful, professional relationships with clients, families, and team members
• Arriving on time and following assigned schedules to ensure reliable care

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least one year of professional caregiving experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or willingness to obtain registration
• Current TB clearance
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Ability to successfully complete the required background check
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care
