Caregiver Responsibilities

As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will

• Provide companionship and support with clients’ non-medical needs
• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help with light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Provide medication reminders
• Build professional and respectful relationships with clients, families, and team members
• Provide dependable care by arriving on time and consistently covering scheduled shifts
• Accompany clients to medical appointments, errands, or other local activities when needed

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Registered California Home Care Aide (HCA), or willing to register
• Current TB clearance
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Successful completion of a background check
