Licensed Vocational Nurse

The Vine Health Care Group is currently hiring compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide one-on-one in-home nursing care to patients throughout Southern California.

Patient Population

Our nurses provide skilled one-on-one care for clients of all ages, including:

• Pediatrics
• Adults
• Geriatrics

Cases may include

• Medication administration
• Tracheostomy care
• G-tube care
• Ventilator care
• Seizure precautions
• Diabetes management
• Other skilled nursing services

Paid training is available for qualified nurses looking to expand their clinical experience.

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Reliable transportation
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
