Setting: Home Health
Schedule: Daily visits for 2 patients, 30-day assignment
Compensation: $3,000 (Contract Assignment)

Position Overview

Velgato Health is seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to provide skilled daily wound care for two home health patients over a 30-day period. This is a low-volume assignment designed for a clinician who values quality patient care and consistent scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily wound care according to physician orders and the plan of care.

• Assess and document wound healing progress at each visit.

• Monitor for signs and symptoms of infection or complications.

• Communicate patient status changes to the supervising RN and physician.

• Complete all clinical documentation accurately and on time.

• Maintain professional, compassionate care while following all home health regulations.

Requirements

• Current California LVN license in good standing.

• Current BLS/CPR certification.

• Home health and wound care experience preferred.

• Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license.

• Professional communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to begin assignment promptly.
