VELGATO HEALTH™ Driver Program – Southern California - $4,000/month + $1,500 Retention Bonus

Position Overview

As a Velgato Driver, you play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care by safely transporting our Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to scheduled home health visits throughout Southern California.

Your focus is on driving, safety, punctuality, and supporting our clinicians so they can concentrate on patient care.

Dedicated County Assignment

To maximize efficiency and reduce unnecessary travel, drivers are assigned one primary county at a time rather than driving between multiple counties throughout the day.

Our service area includes:

• Los Angeles County

• Orange County

• Riverside County

• San Bernardino County

• Ventura County

• Kern County

San Diego County is not included in this position.

Drivers and LVNs will typically remain within the same assigned county during their scheduled workweek. County assignments may rotate based on operational needs, but daily routes are designed to minimize excessive driving and maximize productivity.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport the assigned LVN to scheduled patient visits.

• Follow the daily route provided by Velgato.

• Maintain a clean, professional vehicle (company vehicle if provided).

• Assist with loading and unloading clinical supplies when needed.

• Maintain a professional appearance and courteous demeanor.

• Follow all traffic laws and company safety policies.

• Report accidents, vehicle issues, or route concerns immediately.

• Ensure the LVN arrives at each patient visit safely and on time.

Monday through Friday

Typical hours:
8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Schedules may vary depending on patient needs.

Retention Bonus

Drivers who remain in good standing and complete 12 consecutive months of service are eligible for a $1,500 Retention Bonus.

Employees must be actively employed on the bonus payment date and meet all performance, attendance, and safety expectations. Bonus eligibility is forfeited if employment ends before the applicable milestone unless otherwise required by law.
