RN - Nursing Operations and Quality Team

Role Overview: This RN CEP position supports the Hospital-Acquired Condition Prevention Team (HAC-P), focusing on preventing hospital-acquired conditions and collaborating with infection prevention and other teams to address patient harm concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient nursing care tailored to patients' developmental needs.
• Support and serve as a resource for staff and patients, including training and mentoring new staff and serving as a unit preceptor.
• Develop educational materials and conduct in-service training for staff, assessing developmental needs and facilitating staff growth.
• Coordinate patient care and staff interaction, ensuring optimal patient and family experiences.
• Document performance and developmental progress, supporting professional growth and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required), Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred).
• Strong collaboration, communication, and educational skills.
• Ability to perform all aspects of inpatient nursing care.
• Experience in staff development and mentoring is advantageous.
