Virtual School Psychologist - Michigan

A contract opportunity is available for a licensed School Psychologist providing telehealth services in a school setting. This role involves delivering psychological assessments, counseling, and consultation remotely to support students' academic, social, and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth psychological evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
• Provide remote counseling and intervention services to students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges
• Collaborate virtually with educators, parents, and administration to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and support strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all legal and ethical regulations related to school psychology services
• Participate in virtual meetings, case conferences, and professional development related to telehealth best practices

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist
• Previous experience providing telehealth or remote psychological services preferred
• Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and intervention techniques in an educational environment
• Excellent communication skills tailored for virtual collaboration with students, families, and school staff
• Ability to manage confidential information and follow HIPAA and FERPA regulations
