The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Private Duty Nurse role is local and traveler friendly. Candidates must have a valid LPN license and be willing to obtain state licensure. The position calls for 2+ years of LPN experience, while pediatric and school-based experience are preferred but not required. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to students within the school setting in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications, tube feedings, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, and other prescribed treatments.
• Collaborate with school staff and families to support the student's educational participation and inclusion.
• Monitor and document student health status and respond to medical emergencies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal health regulations and school policies.
