Pay: Up to $38 per hour (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and manage medications, treatments, and medical supplies according to physician orders
• Provide wound care, treatments, and nursing procedures with accuracy and compassion
• Follow individualized care plans designed to meet the unique needs of each resident
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of all care provided and resident responses
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and uphold resident rights and privacy at all times

Qualifications

• Valid LPN license in the State of New Jersey (required)
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to providing quality, person-centered care
