Rooster Healthcare Staffing is looking for a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Columbia, NJ.

This is a great opportunity for an LPN seeking a stable 1-year contract, first-shift schedule, and a supportive, family-oriented work environment. You’ll have the opportunity to provide quality care while working with a small and welcoming team.

Key Responsibilities

As an LPN, you will

• Provide quality nursing care to residents according to individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes appropriately
• Assist with assessments and ongoing resident care
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the healthcare team
• Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and state regulations
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
• Work collaboratively with CNAs and other members of the care team
• Maintain a professional and compassionate approach to resident care

Qualifications & Skills

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Strong patient-care and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable and professional
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Commitment to providing compassionate, high-quality resident care
