About the Opportunity

Clinics are open Monday - Thursday, 8A to 8P; 8A to 5P on Friday
See patients of all ages. Average 18 patients per day
Flexible schedule
32-patient contact hours per week with 8 hours of administration time
EPIC EHR
Spanish-speaking a plus
New graduates are encouraged to apply- slower ramp-up, mentoring, and lower productivity expectations offered
Integrated care team model with nurses, medical assistants, chiropractors, and case managers

Financial Package

Compensation ranges from $120K to $176K depending upon training and experience level
