Role: 1:1 School LVN responsible for delivering personalized nursing care to a student within an educational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and assess student health status.
• Manage medications and treatments in accordance with care plans.
• Support both chronic and acute health needs of the student.
• Respond effectively to emergencies, following established protocols and policies.
• Collaborate with school nurses, educators, families, and clinical staff to ensure safety, inclusion, and a conducive learning environment.
