Role: School LVN

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to students in an educational setting
• Support daily health needs and administer medications
• Monitor chronic conditions and respond to emergencies
• Follow care plans under RN or physician guidance
• Accurately document care activities and health information
• Communicate effectively with families and school staff
• Adhere to organizational and district policies

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Knowledge of pediatric health needs and emergency response
• Attention to detail and compliance with policies
