Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated individual and dedicated Bilingual Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate is eager to grow within the practice, is passionate about patient care, and is interested in expanding their skills in ENT procedure.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations, diagnoses and treatment plans under the supervision of the ENT specialist
• Assist in performing specialized procedures such as Balloon Sinuplasty, Radio frequency procedures, ablation, etc.
• Collaborate with physician and staff to deliver comprehensive care
• Manage patient follow-ups, review diagnostic results and treatment recommendations
• Educate patients on procedures, post-care, and overall health maintenance
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training related to ENT care

Requirements

• Licensed as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in the state of California
• Prior experience in ENT or surgical specialties is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and grow with the practice

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
