About The Position

Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) / Physician Assistant (PA) needed for an established FQHC clinic in Cameron Park, CA, serving a diverse and medically underserved community.

Bilingual preferred (Spanish strongly valued).

Schedule Options

4 days/week
8 clinical hours/day
3 patients per clinical hour (24 appointment slots/day)
Schedule above reflects full-time employment

A 5-day workweek with a lower daily patient volume is also available, if preferred.

Clinical Scope

This role provides full-scope primary care across the lifespan, with an emphasis on accessible, community-based care:

Preventative care
Routine checkups and physicals
Chronic disease management
Well Child Visits
Well Woman exams
Tobacco cessation treatment
Infectious disease services
Immunizations
Health screenings for TB, cancer, hepatitis, and other communicable diseases
On-site Quest lab services available through the organization’s Placerville clinic
