Role Description The Nurse Practitioner will provide direct patient care in an on-site clinical setting in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area, delivering comprehensive assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing integrative care plans. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient visits, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications and therapies, and coordinating care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. The role involves educating patients on treatment options, preventive strategies, and lifestyle modifications aligned with integrative medicine principles. The Nurse Practitioner will document all encounters in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards, participate in case discussions, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. This is a full-time, on-site position that requires consistent collaboration with the care team and engagement in ongoing professional development.
Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license and national board certification (e.g., FNP, ANP, or equivalent); eligibility to practice in California.
• Clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, family practice, or a related setting; experience or strong interest in integrative and functional medicine is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive histories and physical exams, formulate differential diagnoses, and develop evidence-based, patient-centered treatment plans.
• Strong skills in patient education, motivational interviewing, and communication with diverse populations, including the ability to explain complex medical information clearly.
• Comfort working within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and other clinicians to coordinate care.
• Proficiency with electronic health records, documentation standards, and basic clinical technologies used in outpatient practice.
• Commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory care, cultural humility, and maintaining patient confidentiality and safety.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Nursing from an accredited program; additional training or certification in integrative or lifestyle medicine is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a full-time patient schedule while maintaining attention to detail.
• Willingness to engage in continuing education, participate in practice development, and contribute to a supportive team culture.
