Non Certified Nurses Aide

We are looking for a non-certified Nurses Aide to join our Genesis HealthCare team. The ideal candidate should have an affinity for providing quality care to elderly patients and be passionate about making a positive difference in their lives. Our team of dedicated professionals is devoted to delivering the highest-quality care to our patients, and we are seeking someone who shares our commitment to excellence.To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, and have a genuine interest in patient care. You should also be comfortable following instructions, have a patient, caring demeanor, and be able to perform basic patient care duties such as bathing, changing bedding, and assisting with meals. A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role. Responsibilities

Provide quality care to elderly patients

Demonstrate a patient, caring demeanor

Follow instructions and protocols

Assist with basic patient care duties such as bathing, changing bedding, and helping with meals

Maintain excellent communication with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

Act as a team player and embrace the team’s commitment to excellence

Adhere to applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies

Maintain patient confidentiality

Monitor patient’s health condition and report any changes

Assist with other tasks as assigned
