Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

Must graduate from a specialty nursing program; possess strong teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills; and be committed to patient-centered care. Experience in emergency or acute care is preferred.

Key Duties

Conduct assessments; address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; develop and revise care plans; collaborate with healthcare team; troubleshoot equipment; and support organizational goals through evidence-based practices.
