Provide high-quality and compassionate care to patients in the emergency room setting.

Assess and triage patients in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing care based on acuity.

Administer and monitor medications and treatments according to physician orders and nursing protocols.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Document patient care accurately and thoroughly in electronic medical records.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Remain calm and composed under pressure, demonstrating strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Adhere to infection control and safety protocols to maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.

Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve nursing skills and knowledge.

Act as a patient advocate, ensuring their rights and needs are respected and met.

Stay up-to-date on all emergency room policies and procedures.

Demonstrate professionalism and a positive attitude towards patients, families, and colleagues.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information in accordance with HIPAA regulations.

Collaborate with ER team to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance patient care.

Maintain a calm and professional demeanor during high-stress situations.
