ICU Registered Nurse

Critical Care Registered Nurse to provide high-acuity nursing care in ICU and critical care settings.
Key Duties

• Perform complex patient assessments and monitor high-risk clinical status.
• Administer medications and manage IV drips with precise titration and safety practices.
• Provide ventilator and airway support as part of critical care management.
• Respond rapidly to clinical changes and initiate appropriate interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Follow strict infection prevention and compliance standards.
• Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the EMR.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN licensure.
• Strong critical care/ICU competencies, including ventilator and medication management.
• Excellent clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and patient-safety focus.
• Effective teamwork and communication with care team members.
• Thorough knowledge of infection control practices.
• Accurate, detail-oriented EMR documentation.
