Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Primary Care

A fast growing primary care clinic is looking for Nurse Practitioners (NP) or Physician Assistants (PA) to join the team to deliver comprehensive, high-quality care. Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care
• Conduct physical exams, assess patient history, and order diagnostics
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Prescribe medications and treatments within scope
• Perform minor procedures as appropriate
• Educate and counsel patients on health maintenance and preventive care
• Collaborate with healthcare team for coordinated patient care
• Develop and implement a management plan
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR/EHR system

Requirements

• NP or PA degree
• Active California NP or PA license and certification
• DEA license
• At least 2 years of NP or PA experience
• Able to see patients of all ages (12 years and older will also be considered)
• Valid BLS (AHA) certification
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

Pay: $70 - $85 per hour ($145,600 - $176,800 per year)

Schedule: Full-time, 32-40 hours per week (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday)
