Provide exceptional care to patients in the Med/Surg2 department.

Utilize nursing skills and knowledge to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.

Monitor and document patient progress and respond to any changes in their condition.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment, and self-care techniques.

Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and protocols.

Maintain accurate and complete patient records.

Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the implementation of evidence-based practices.

Continuously update knowledge and skills through ongoing education and training.

Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.

Serve as a patient advocate and ensure their needs and concerns are addressed.

Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice.

Demonstrate compassion, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions.

Meet and exceed performance expectations set by the organization.

Collaborate with management and colleagues to improve processes and enhance patient care.

Maintain confidentiality of patient information.

Act as a role model for nursing staff and promote a positive work environment.
